My home warranty company sent out a company that was very unprofessional so we went outside the warranty company and called Colley. They sent out Kennedy, who looked at our old system, diagnosed the situation, and helped us with financing a new, energy efficient system...and included a discount for BISD employees. But, the thing that really showed their professionalism was that after being without ac unit for a month, they sent over a portable unit for our living room til the new one could be installed. During installation, they put mats down to protect the floors and swept up after. They then checked back the next two days insuring everything was right. Would definitely recommend
Our AC started acting up about 1 1/2 weeks ago and for the life of me I could not get any AC company in the area to show up to our house to address the issue. They would say someone would come the next day and no one would show. There was lack of communication and professionalism with these companies… until I called Colley Refrigeration! They answered their phones right away and scheduled me for the next available spot which was in a couple days. I got a text and email confirming my appointment the day before and the day of. I got a phone call when the technician was on his way and fixed our problem in just a matter of minutes. I am so pleased and grateful for you! The technician was awesome. He was very polite, informative and just a great guy. By the time he was done, I felt like I had made a new friend.
